Important: By accessing or using any SolveMPire service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
01. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, browsing, registering, or interacting with SolveMPire Pvt. Ltd., its platforms, products, services, or digital properties (including but not limited to solvempire.com), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of our platform and services. Your continued use constitutes unconditional acceptance.
02. PLATFORM SCOPE
SolveMPire operates as a multi-domain technology and education platform, including but not limited to: Internship Programs, Educational Content & Training, SaaS Products & Tools, Community Platforms, and Startup & Innovation Initiatives. SolveMPire expressly reserves the right to modify, add, suspend, or permanently discontinue any service, feature, or offering at any time without prior notice or liability to any user.
03. ELIGIBILITY
By using this platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 16 years of age; (b) you provide accurate, current, and complete information; and (c) you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law. SolveMPire reserves the right to restrict or permanently terminate access if any information provided is found to be false, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.
04. USER ACCOUNTS & ACCESS
Users may be required to register using email or third-party authentication, maintain strict confidentiality of all credentials, and accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under their account. SolveMPire is not liable for any unauthorized access, loss, or damage arising from user negligence, credential compromise, or failure to maintain account security.
05. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on SolveMPire — including but not limited to code, designs, frameworks, product architectures, branding assets, curriculum materials, and documentation — is the exclusive intellectual property of SolveMPire Pvt. Ltd. Users are strictly prohibited from copying or redistributing proprietary materials, reproducing platform architecture for commercial use, or publishing internal systems or methodologies without prior written consent. Violation may result in immediate legal action, account termination, and claims for damages.
06. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Users may submit projects, code, comments, and feedback on the platform. By submitting content, you grant SolveMPire a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, promote, and showcase such content for educational, operational, or marketing purposes. You retain ownership of your work unless explicitly transferred via a separate written agreement. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
07. PAYMENT & TRANSACTIONS
All payments made to SolveMPire are processed via third-party payment gateways (including but not limited to Razorpay) and are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Payment confirms reservation of access to the service, program, or product. SolveMPire is not responsible for payment gateway failures, banking issues, or transaction delays outside its reasonable control. Users agree to contact their payment provider directly for gateway-related disputes.
08. NO GUARANTEE DISCLAIMER
SolveMPire does not guarantee job placements, internship conversions, funding, business success, or any specific outcomes from participation in its programs. All offerings are intended for learning, skill development, and professional experimentation. Results vary based on individual effort, skill, and external market conditions. Testimonials or success stories shared on the platform are not guarantees of similar results.
09. PLATFORM USAGE RESTRICTIONS
Users agree not to engage in illegal activities, attempt system breaches or unauthorized access, reverse engineer platform systems or algorithms, upload malicious code or harmful content, or harass or abuse other users or staff. Violation of any restriction leads to immediate account termination without refund and may result in legal action under applicable Indian law.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
Users may gain access to internal tools, project data, team collaboration systems, and proprietary methodologies. You agree to maintain strict confidentiality, not disclose any sensitive information to third parties, and not reuse proprietary knowledge for external commercial purposes. This confidentiality obligation survives and continues in full force even after termination of your account or participation in any SolveMPire program.
11. DATA PRIVACY & GOVERNANCE
SolveMPire collects only essential data including identity information (name, email, phone), academic/professional information, and technical data (device, IP, usage logs). We ensure encryption at rest and in transit, secure cloud infrastructure, and controlled access via IAM policies. SolveMPire does not sell user data to third parties. 12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
SolveMPire may integrate payment gateways, authentication providers, and analytics tools operated by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party data handling, external service failures, or differences in privacy policies. Users are advised to review applicable third-party terms and policies separately before engaging with such services.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SolveMPire shall not be liable for loss of data, career outcomes, business losses, project success or failure, or technical disruptions. In no event shall SolveMPire's aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
14. TERMINATION RIGHTS
SolveMPire reserves the right to suspend accounts, remove access, or terminate participation without prior notice for policy violations, misconduct, security risks, or any activity deemed harmful to the platform or its users. Termination does not entitle the user to any refund of fees paid.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
SolveMPire shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, cyberattacks, pandemics, or unforeseen technical failures. In such events, SolveMPire will endeavour to resume normal operations as soon as reasonably practicable.
16. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India. Users irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction and waive any objection to proceedings in such courts.
17. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
SolveMPire may update, revise, or amend these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

20. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By using SolveMPire and its associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply fully with these Terms and Conditions, and that you accept all risks associated with platform usage as outlined herein. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Governing Framework
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh, India. SolveMPire is committed to transparency, legal compliance, and user protection.
