The Problem
Bhaskar Lakkoju had a real founder moment — the kind that starts with a genuinely disgusting personal experience. Visiting a friend in Hyderabad, he was handed a borrowed helmet to comply with traffic rules. The odour was awful. He wore it anyway.
When he got to his destination, he searched online for a proper helmet sanitizing solution — not just for his friend, but because the problem suddenly felt obvious. Nothing adequate existed in India. International solutions existed but weren't built for this market.
He spent a year building FreshPod: a purpose-built helmet sanitizing machine. He took it to Shark Tank India.
The context — timing was everything
FreshPod films on Shark Tank India. No deal secured, but the national platform was significant on its own.
SolveMPire engages — before the episode airs. This window mattered. When the episode broadcast, the brand infrastructure would already be in place to capture every person who searched for them.
Episode airs. Traffic arrives. Because the work was done, it was captured — not lost to a weak digital presence and slow follow-up.
"A Shark Tank appearance without conversion infrastructure is just a marketing event. The deal isn't the point — what happens to the traffic afterwards is."
What SolveMPire Built
Social media presence
Built accounts from scratch. Created content strategy and visual identity to establish credibility before the episode aired.
Website rebuild + SEO
Refactored the site architecture, rewrote copy, and implemented SEO so FreshPod ranked for the searches the Shark Tank exposure would generate.
Conversion-optimised contact flows
Strategic button placement — some routes to WhatsApp for direct intent, others to a contact form feeding a live Excel sheet with admin notifications.
State-wise distributor pages
Separate landing pages per state so distributors had their own contactable presence — not just the head office.
Automated messaging
WhatsApp and Instagram automated replies so no inbound message went unanswered during calls, meetings, or off-hours.
Product brochures
Designed print and digital brochures so Bhaskar could send a complete product document rather than explaining from scratch in every client conversation.
3D models + CAD engineering
Delivered full 3D product models, mechanical drawings, and CAD blueprints directly to Bhaskar's team — so they could engage large-scale manufacturers without dependency on small shops.
Process automation
Mapped and automated key operational workflows so the team could handle higher volume without proportional increase in manual effort.
The Result
Over 1,000 interested clients were channelled automatically through the systems built — enquiries captured, routed, and followed up without manual intervention per lead. The distributor network, previously undiscoverable unless you knew who to call, now had an independently searchable digital presence by state.
The work wasn't only digital. Delivering production-ready CAD files and mechanical drawings meant FreshPod could approach large manufacturing partners directly — something that previously required constant back-and-forth with small fabrication shops.
